Dr. Stephen M. Sweid, senior business and management consultant

Specifically, two distinctive in-house training courses / workshops are
being offered by the consultant:
Creative thinking for Maximum Impact
Duration of training course is 3 – 5 days (5 hours per day). In
excess of 20 most effective creativity techniques and tools are introduced
and practiced during the workshop, with product cases covering a wide
range of disciplines and industries, and possible customization to the
business of the delegates.
The course focuses on strengthening the PERSONAL creative capacity, although
group brainstorming will be also practiced. Over 75% of the time will
be in the form of exercises and practicing, including group exercises.

Duration of the training course is 4 – 5 days (5 hours per day).
The training course / workshop is intended for top management of medium
and large size organizations, private or public.
The course introduces and practices the wide variety of strategic, managerial
and structural recipes to turn a company into an innovative entity or
to boost its innovative capacity. A comprehensive innovation system approach
designated "CINNOSYS" is adopted.
To transform into an innovative organization, some eight cross-cutting
changes have to be implemented in the company, covering the different
components of the organization, including strategy, structure, HR, culture,
procedures, communications, internal and external elements etc. Within
such broad changes over 100 concrete changes and steps need to be implemented
in the organization to produce an organization conducive to innovation.
Innovation is not limited to products, and innovative companies are more

The course introduces and discusses such changes, and practices in an
interactive manner their implementation and their sequence, with special
consideration of the nature of business of the delegates. Most advanced
tools for idea generation and management, e.g. "Jenni" Idea
Management Software of jpb.com, are also introduced and practiced in the
course. A variety of innovation audits of the companies of the delegates
is produced at the start of the workshop. Over 70% of the workshop time
is interactive including exercises and group games.
