You access Jenni via any web browser. Thus there are no installation
or configuration fees and your implementation of Jenni can be up and
running within days of your decision to go ahead.

Our service includes lightning fast, polite and professional support
when you need it. No tickets, no waiting, no nonsense. When you want
help, we help. It's as simple as that. (At least one of our competitors
measures response time in days. We do not consider that support. We
consider it bad manners!)

You get complimentary innovation coaching/mentoring by e-mail or
telephone. If you have questions about promoting innovation, rewarding
ideas, phrasing your innovation challenges or any aspect of innovation
- whether directly about using Jenni or not - we provide useful answers.
This is all part of our service package.
Pay as You Innovate

You pay a monthly subscription fee (invoiced quarterly) based on
the number of users in your system. You pay as you go. And if you
stop using Jenni, you stop paying.

For standard implementations of Jenni, there are no start-up fees.
(Some vendors of hosted applications charge substantial set-up fees
- sometimes equal to many times the monthly subscription fee.)
Contract

You may cancel your contract at any time and for any reason with
just 30 day's notice. There are no penalties, no qualifications, nothing.
If you stop using Jenni, you stop paying in just 30 days.

All ideas and data entered into Jenni by your employees is your intellectual
property. No questions, no conditions, nothing. Your intellectual
property is your intellectual property.
- If we cannot serve you for any reason (bankruptcy, acquisition, change
of business model), you will gain access to Jenni's code, your server
and your database. As a result, you will be able to continue using Jenni
even if we disappear.

Any software investment entails risk. Most vendors put the risk with
you, the client. We do not.
