On-Call Innovation Training
When you order Jenni innovation process management software, you get
a choice of "On-Call" training packages.
Unlike traditional training programmes, which are usually delivered in
one or two day intense packages, on-call training is delivered in small
chunks, when you need it. On-call training starts with understanding your
needs, your existing innovation process and your goals. Your trainer then
provides chunks of training as you progress through each stage of the
innovation process with Jenni. That way, you get the training "hands-on"
when you need it. Moreover, if you ever have a question or need support,
you can simply telephone or e-mail your dedicated on-call trainer for
help.
Different Packages for Different Needs
Your on-call training package is designed to meet your needs and ensure
your firm derives maximum value from your Jenni experience. On-call training
is available in three different packages:

Full training is available for your first three months of Jenni and
is designed to be comprehensive. Your trainer will focus both on structuring
your innovation process and ensure you and your colleagues have a
great Jenni experience.

Medium training is available for your first two months of Jenni.
It is designed for firms which have an innovation process in place,
but feel there is room for improvement. Your trainer will focus on
improving your process and aligning your use of Jenni with the process.

Minimum training is available for your first month of using Jenni.
It is designed for firms that have a strong innovation process and
are familiar with ideas campaigns (the model Jenni uses for focused
idea generation). Your trainer will focus on the use of Jenni and
aligning it with your existing innovation process.
Normally, one training package at the beginning of your Jenni experience
will be sufficient. However, if you wish to have further innovation training/coaching,
you may renew your package or purchase an additional package. You can
even opt to have on-call training throughout your contract.
On-call training is delivered by telephone and the web. On-site training
or full day workshops may incur a surcharge. Contact your trainer for
