SSL) to your implementation of Jenni which you and your employees
can access via any device with an Internet connection and a browser.

Fast technical and user support (but, to be honest, Jenni
is so intuitive to use that our clients very rarely ask for technical
support after the first week of use). Your implementation of Jenni
will have a help form that immediately sends a text message to one
of our mobile phones - so we can get back to you immediately.

Innovation Coaching. We'll advise you on all aspects of idea
management, from phrasing your brainstorm/ideas campaign challenges
to evaluating proposed ideas; from motivating employees to participate
in ideas campaigns to rewarding innovation; and much more. If you've
got a question on any aspect of idea management - just ask. We love
talking innovation and helping firms like yours innovate better.

All upgrades are implemented on your installation when they become
available. Moreover, if you recommend a clever new feature for
Jenni, we will almost certainly install it in the next upgrade (most
of our competitors would charge you a steep customisation fee for
this).

ensure you are happy with your implementation of Jenni and discuss how
Jenni can be improved to better meet your needs.

Optional training packages
Jenni is so intuitive to use - especially for regular users - you could
probably get started right away and have few if any problems - particularly
in view of our standard intensive support service. Nevertheless, you might
benefit from one of our training packages for idea managers and IdeaMaster(s)
(administrators). Fortunately, we offer a choice of courses from basic
training in Jenni to a comprehensive package to help you devise, develop
and implement an innovation strategy across your firm.
