Option Notes
Basic Implementation
A basic implementation of Jenni includes all the main features you
need to start innovating with Jenni. And most importantly, it includes
our lightening fast and friendly innovation support package. A basic implementation
includes..
- Traditional ideas campaigns only.
- Limited to one ideas campaign at a time (not including permanent ideas
space).
- No social networking or blogging tools.
OPTION: Multiple Simultaneous Ideas Campaigns
Running more than one ideas campaign at a time allows you to generate
more ideas on more issues and so innovate faster. You may choose:
- Run up to 3 Simultaneous ideas campaigns.
- Run an unlimited number of simultaneous ideas campaigns.
OPTION: Multiple ideas campaign types module
With multiple ideas campaign types, you can run three different kinds
of ideas campaigns:
- Traditional Ideas Campaigns: allow any participant to submit
an idea to a challenge, view other people's ideas and collaborate on
ideas by adding building blocks (which appear below the original idea).
- IdeaWiki Campaigns: instead of submitting ideas, participants
create and collaborate on IdeaWikis (a wiki is an on-line web page that
a group of people can all edit).
- Competitions: are non-collaborative. Rather they enable you
to set up and promote requests for business plans, project proposals,
new product ideas or any other kind of proposal or document(s). You
can then use Jenni's evaluation suite for reviewing and selecting the
best proposals.
OPTION: SocNet social networking and blogging module
The SocNet module provides a suite of social networking tools that enable
employees to build networks, met other employees on-line and tag colleagues
according to their skills. SocNet also includes a blogging module that
allows individuals and teams to create and manage blogs for general communication
as well as for special projects. If you want to establish an enterprise-wide
innovation environment in which people not only share ideas, but also
network and communicate more readily, the SocNet module is for you! Read

OPTION: full service, managed Jenni
If you don't have the resources or wherewithal to set up an innovation
initiative in your firm, let us help. We can design your innovation process,
run your ideas campaigns, manage Jenni and train your people to eventually
take over the process. Moreover, we can design a managed Jenni service
that precisely meets your needs. Full service Jenni is normally managed
by our business partners in your region and prices vary according to your

OPTION: Jenni leasing
If you prefer to have Jenni running on your own server, the Jenni
leasing option saves you 10% on the cost of Jenni. Be aware, however,
that we cannot guarantee our highest levels of service on Jenni leasing
implementations as we do not have control of the server. Follow

OPTION: advanced security
We believe that Jenni software as a service (SaaS) meets all your
security needs. And we have never had a breach on any implementation of
Jenni. However, if you wish to increase your security level, we can install
a variety of hardware firewalls, put your implementation of Jenni on a
separate server or even install your implementation of Jenni on a blade
server and install it in your facilities. Prices vary according to your
