If you like the idea of a comprehensive idea management
software and service package, but are uncomfortable about saving data
on an external web server (but read here about
security), you will be delighted to know that Jenni is now available
as a Leased Software as a Service (LSaaS).
Jenni LSaaS provides you with most of the services available
in our normal full service package, including...

Your implementation of Jenni installed on your server by secure,
remote connection

Fast support if you have a question or issue about Jenni,
just telephone or e-mail and we will respond immediately. Software
fixes and configuration changes are normally completed within two
hours or your notification. However, we are reliant on access to your
server and, in some instances, the help of your IT team and this may
slow down our usual lightening fast support.

Innovation Coaching. We'll advise you on all aspects of idea
management, from phrasing your brainstorm/ideas campaign challenges
to evaluating proposed ideas; from motivating employees to participate
in ideas campaigns to rewarding innovation; and much more. If you've
got a question on any aspect of idea management - just ask. We love
talking innovation and helping firms like yours innovate better.

All upgrades are implemented on your installation when they become
available. Moreover, if you recommend a clever new feature for
Jenni, we will almost certainly install it in the next upgrade (most
of our competitors would charge you a steep customisation fee for
this).
- Follow ups. We will follow up with you on a regular basis to
ensure you are happy with your implementation of Jenni and discuss how
Jenni can be improved to better meet your needs.
The result: you get a comprehensive package that includes a state-of-the-art
idea management software combined with a comprehensive support package,
regular upgrades and access to all of our idea management expertise.
You simply need to provide a web server that meets these common open
source specifications..
- Linux, whichever implementation your IT people prefer.
- Apache, version 2.0 or later recommended.
- PHP version 4.0 or later, version 5.0 preferred and configured for
maximum security.
- MySQL version 5.0 or later.
- Access via ftp or sftp so that we can install, support and maintain
Jenni.
- Support from your IT people if needed.
We install and manage Jenni remotely while you focus on running a successful
innovation programme with our support.
