Dear Reader:

"Dr. Ecommerce Answers Your Questions" came out of a crazy idea I had in January 1999, while performing a consultancy contract with the European Commission. Although a lot of people thought the idea was a little too crazy, a few key people supported me. As a result, Dr. Ecommerce was born later that year.

The Dr. Ecommerce service started off on a European Commission web server, but I soon moved it to www.DrEcommerce.com, a privately owned domain name on a commercial server.

Sadly, all good things must come to an end, including European Commission contracts. Hence, the time came for me to hand the Dr. Ecommerce service back to the European Commission where it is now.

A new and capable team is at your service to answer your questions about e-commerce. Take advantage of them.

Meanwhile, www.DrEcommerce.com will publish a series of tutorials, short articles and other new material related to European and international e-commerce. And I will remain active on the eThesis, Supertrade and other discussion fora.

Finally, thank you. Yes, you! for helping make Dr. Ecommerce such a tremendous success! And keep in touch!
