I would appreciate if you could let me know where can I find the French Décret nº2001-272, which implements the Directive 1999/93 on electronic signatures, in English.

Dear Cris:

I'm afraid you are out of luck! The French generally only publish their laws in French. But before you get upset, tell me does Spain publish her laws in English?

However, I asked eRevolution webmistress Hélène Pucheux to dig up this law for you. She reports that it can be found, in French, at http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/citoyen/texte03.ow?heure2=041043167731& lenum =0.
