Dear Dr. Ecommerce

I am working for a small company that sells goods online. We have encountered a problem with inner EU online trading and have prepared a very sensible and cost effective solution of which we would like to pitch to someone at the EU. How would we go about this? Which department would be best to contact?

Many Thanks,

Jay

Dear Jay:

It depends on what results you want from the pitch. Are you trying to sell a product to the European Institutions? If so, visit the web pages of the Informatics Directorate of the Personnel and Administration Directorate General.

Are you looking for funding to develop and promote the product? Then you may be interested in the IST (Information Society Technologies) Programme which provides funding for research and development projects.

Good luck,

Dr. Ecommerce
