Dear Sir,

The Directive 1999/93/EC explains the rules for electronic
signatures. But where can I find a list of software that conform to
this directive and who's in charge of evaluating/testing software for
their conformity?

Dear Denis:

The directive does not lay down technical specifications for electronic signatures, so there can be no pan-European list of such software nor anyone in charge of evaluations and testing.
