What are the limitations of e-commerce? - for a small business.

Dear Taffy:

The main limitations of e-commerce for small businesses is budget. Small businesses generally do not have substantial budget for investment nor are they easily able to get funding.

A second limitation is sometimes human resources. Some small companies have set up e-commerce sites and have been explosively successful. Unfortunately, they have not had the human resources or budget to handle the huge number of orders.
