Bags certainly can be sold via the Internet. Whether or not they are accepted by the European public depends very much on the kind of bags you are selling. But, if you are selling the kind of bags Europeans want, you market your product well, charge reasonable prices and you have a good web site that makes it easy to purchase your bags, then you should have no problem selling your bags to the European public.
