I am researching possible local, national and European funding for projects focused on delivering public services electronically to national and local communities (central and local government services). Any pointers on where I should start/appropriate funding would be very useful.

My Directorate General hands out bags-full of funding for good projects. Importantly, you must develop your project with at least on other partner from the EU or associate country. You can get more information at http://www.cordis.lu/ist/.

In addition, you can get a list of all open calls for proposals and tenders from the Commission at http://dbs.cordis.lu/cordis-cgi/srchidadb?CALLER=open_tender.
