Hi Dr. Ecommerce

I am interested in online procurement in the public sector and the
potential savings it offers. Particularly the procurement tools of
reverse auctions.

Do you know at any European governments, EU agency, Intl. Org. or perhaps local community administration which has conducted online reverse auctions in their procurement process? And if so, who and what were the results?

Dear Steen:

To the best of my knowledge, no government, EU agency or International organisation has used reverse auctions in their procurement process. But I expect it is only a matter of time...
